You'll develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with our rigorous quality standards, ensuring all assembly processes meet SOP and WI requirements. Your deep understanding of production workflows and quality control protocols will directly impact operational efficiency and product excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive assembly training programs for new and existing employees
- Train workers on production processes, assembly techniques, and equipment operation
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, WIs, and quality standards during training sessions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to trainees
- Design and maintain training documentation, including manuals and assessment tools
- Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and improve training methodologies
- Monitor shop floor compliance with quality standards and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Strong knowledge of production processes, assembly techniques, and shop floor operations
- Proven experience with SOPs, WIs, and quality control standards (ISO preferred)
- Excellent communication and instructional skills with ability to train diverse groups
- Minimum 3 years in manufacturing environment with assembly background
- Certification in training methodologies or technical education preferred
- Proficiency in developing training materials and documentation
- Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements
