- Develop, prepare, and continuously improve training materials and work instructions for production operators
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for assembly operators on new processes, equipment, and quality standards
- Assess operator performance and provide constructive feedback to improve skills and productivity
- Collaborate with production supervisors to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions
- Maintain training records and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards
- Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate new techniques into training programs
- Support the implementation of new production processes and ensure smooth transition through effective training
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentoring roles preferred
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes, quality control standards, and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency in creating training materials and documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
