Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive property and asset evaluations to determine fair market value and compliance status
- Analyze technical documentation, blueprints, and site conditions to generate detailed assessment reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to verify structural integrity and safety standards
- Prepare accurate valuation reports with clear recommendations for stakeholders
- Ensure all assessments align with local regulations and industry best practices
- Communicate findings effectively to clients through written reports and presentations
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and emerging assessment methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Property Valuation, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in assessment or valuation roles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Proficiency in assessment software and data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Professional certification in property assessment (e.g., CIPD, RICS) preferred
- Knowledge of Singaporean property regulations and standards
