Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement and deployment to decommissioning.
- Maintain and audit the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Analyze configuration items (CIs) and their relationships to identify potential impacts on service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reconcile asset discrepancies and resolve configuration anomalies.
- Generate comprehensive monthly reports on asset utilization, compliance, and lifecycle status for Australian stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce strict governance policies regarding hardware and software asset security.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline configuration management and reduce operational overhead.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) or Configuration Management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, specifically Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM).
- Proficiency in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or BMC Remedy.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with experience supporting international stakeholders (AU timezone experience is a major plus).
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
