Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all company assets, including tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular physical inspections and audits to verify asset condition and location.
- Coordinate with external service providers for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Maintain and update the centralized asset management system with current data.
- Assist in the procurement process by preparing requisitions for new equipment and replacement parts.
- Prepare and analyze periodic reports regarding fleet utilization, maintenance costs, and asset depreciation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding asset handling.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any business-related course (BSBA, Logistics, etc.) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in asset management, fleet management, or inventory control.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with various departments.
- Valid Driver's License is an advantage.
