Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's real estate portfolio, including commercial and residential properties.
- Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects to ensure asset integrity.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Facilitate lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant relations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Conduct regular property inspections and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor market trends and property valuations to provide strategic recommendations for acquisitions or divestitures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on asset performance, depreciation, and inventory status.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and government agencies regarding property concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in asset management, property management, or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine real estate market, particularly in Cebu and Central Visayas.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Willingness to conduct field work and property visits as required.
