- Conduct comprehensive asset appraisals using recognized methodologies (market, cost, income approaches)
- Prepare detailed appraisal reports with clear documentation and supporting evidence
- Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate smooth asset transactions and negotiations
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting asset valuations
- Ensure compliance with appraisal standards and financial regulations
- Maintain accurate digital records of asset valuations and historical data
- Present appraisal findings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Property Valuation, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in asset appraisal or valuation roles
- Professional certification (e.g., MAI, SRA) or willingness to pursue
- Proficiency in appraisal software (e.g., ARGUS, ValuEdge) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Indonesian property market dynamics and regulations
