In this role, you will be the backbone of our solar operations. You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, monitoring, and optimization of solar power assets, ensuring that our clean energy projects operate at peak efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor solar asset performance data in real-time to identify and address operational anomalies.
- Coordinate with field technicians and third-party contractors to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Generate comprehensive performance reports for stakeholders to track energy output and system health.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Manage inventory levels for critical solar components to minimize downtime during repairs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement efficiency improvements across our solar portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, incident reports, and system performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in asset management, operations, or a technical coordination role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for renewable energy and a basic understanding of solar power systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
