We are seeking a detail-oriented Asset Engineer to join our team in Johor. This is a pivotal role overseeing end-to-end warehouse and asset management for data center equipment and materials. You will ensure the integrity, availability, and lifecycle management of critical infrastructure assets.
In this position, you will manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and optimize storage layouts to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and resolve any discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full lifecycle of data center assets from procurement to disposal.
- Manage warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.
- Conduct regular physical audits and reconcile records with system data.
- Coordinate the receiving, storage, and issuing of equipment and materials.
- Implement and maintain asset tagging and labeling systems.
- Prepare detailed reports on asset status and utilization metrics.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in asset tracking systems promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in asset management or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CMMS software.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management best practices and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a contract setting.
- Physical fitness to perform warehouse duties as required.
