Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, formulate, and execute comprehensive real estate investment strategies in line with company objectives.
- Conduct rigorous market research, feasibility studies, and due diligence for potential asset acquisitions across various property types.
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, including direct acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and risk assessment to support investment decisions.
- Manage and optimize the performance of existing real estate portfolios to maximize returns and mitigate risks.
- Prepare compelling investment proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Monitor global and regional real estate market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
- Lead and mentor junior investment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in real estate investment, asset management, private equity, or fund management.
- Demonstrated track record of successful deal sourcing, structuring, and execution in the real estate sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis specific to real estate assets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Singapore and broader APAC real estate markets and regulatory landscape is highly advantageous.
- CFA, CAIA, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
