Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end estate operations, ensuring compliance with building safety and maintenance standards.
  • Develop and manage annual operating and capital expenditure budgets, optimizing costs while maintaining asset value.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, statutory boards, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead facility improvement projects, from planning and procurement to final execution and quality control.
  • Drive resident engagement initiatives to build a cohesive community and improve overall living standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify maintenance issues and mitigate operational risks.
  • Handle resident feedback and resolve complex complaints with a professional and solution-oriented approach.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in property management or estate operations within Singapore.
  • In-depth knowledge of local building regulations, fire safety codes, and strata management acts.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget preparation, variance reporting, and vendor contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders, including residents and contractors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
