Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive asset lifecycle management strategies to maximize ROI and minimize operational risks
- Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align project milestones with business objectives and asset optimization goals
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of company assets to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare detailed financial analyses and reports on asset performance and project profitability
- Implement and maintain asset management systems to track utilization, maintenance schedules, and depreciation
- Collaborate with procurement teams to evaluate and acquire new assets that support strategic growth initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in asset management and project coordination roles
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with budgets exceeding IDR 500 million
- Strong proficiency in asset management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management tools
- Advanced knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and asset accounting standards
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Asset Management (CAMS) highly advantageous
