Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of asset management experience
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems
- Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Proficiency in engineering software (CAD, CMMS)
- Leadership and team coordination skills
