Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of solar power plant assets to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Monitor system performance, analyze data, and identify areas for efficiency improvement.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for equipment repairs and replacements.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation regarding asset health and energy yield.
- Respond promptly to system faults or emergencies to minimize operational downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in solar power plants.
- Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and grid integration.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the region as required.
- Strong communication and technical report-writing skills.
