Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance (O&M) of solar PV assets to ensure optimal performance and energy yield.
- Conduct regular site inspections and preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and ensure safety.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external contractors for repairs, replacements, and technical upgrades.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company O&M protocols.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly and annual O&M reports, including incident reports and efficiency analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Renewable Energy.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Asset Management or O&M specifically within the solar power industry.
- In-depth knowledge of solar PV components, inverters, transformers, and grid interconnection systems.
- Proficiency in O&M software, SCADA systems, and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage contractors and field teams effectively.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) and willingness to travel to project sites.
