Join One Outsource as an Asset Management Officer specializing in Real Estate and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA). This full-time position offers a competitive salary package of ₱35,000 – ₱40,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the company's real estate portfolio, including properties acquired through ROPA
- Lead collection activities and ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts from tenants and clients
- Conduct regular property valuations and market analysis to determine optimal asset performance
- Develop and implement strategic asset management plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Prepare comprehensive reports on asset performance, market trends, and potential investment opportunities
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all property transactions adhere to regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, clients, and key stakeholders in the real estate industry
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, preferably in real estate or property management
- Strong knowledge of ROPA (Real Estate and Other Properties Acquired) processes and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in property valuation methods and market analysis techniques
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
