Join Central Proteina Prima as our Asset Management Section Head and lead strategic asset optimization across our diverse business operations. This pivotal role requires you to develop and implement comprehensive asset lifecycle management systems, ensuring all CPP Group assets are efficiently tracked, maintained, and leveraged to maximize ROI. You'll spearhead the integration of digital asset management platforms to streamline inventory processes, minimize operational risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. As a key strategic partner, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align asset utilization with business objectives, conduct periodic audits, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to drive innovation in asset management practices within Indonesia's leading protein producer.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end asset lifecycle management across all CPP Group business units
- Design and implement integrated asset tracking systems using digital platforms
- Conduct regular asset audits and compliance verification
- Develop asset management policies, procedures, and best practices
- Optimize asset utilization through data-driven analysis and reporting
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations teams for asset allocation
- Manage asset disposal, retirement, and replacement strategies
- Lead cross-functional asset management initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in asset management with 2+ years in leadership
- Proficiency in ERP/asset management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling
- Expertise in regulatory compliance (ISO, SOX, etc.)
- Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry
