PT Yura Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Asset Management Specialist to join our growing operations team in Rawalumbu. In this role, you will be the backbone of our physical and financial asset integrity, ensuring that our resources are tracked, accounted for, and optimized for maximum efficiency.
As a key member of our finance and operations department, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering assets and financial reporting. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of asset managementāfrom procurement and initial logging to depreciation schedules and eventual disposal. We are looking for a professional who possesses a keen eye for numbers, a strong grasp of accounting principles, and the ability to implement rigorous internal controls.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive asset register, ensuring 100% accuracy in documentation and tracking.
- Conduct regular physical audits of company assets to verify status, location, and condition.
- Perform detailed depreciation calculations and ensure compliance with financial accounting standards.
- Analyze asset performance data to provide actionable insights for maintenance or replacement strategies.
- Manage the procurement documentation for new assets and coordinate the disposal process for decommissioned items.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile asset records with the general ledger.
- Monitor and report on asset utilization rates to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Asset Management, Fixed Asset Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and taxation related to asset depreciation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local accounting software).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity in data management.
- Ability to work effectively in a technical engineering environment.
