- Monitor and evaluate performance of company assets in the energy sector
- Develop strategic asset optimization plans to maximize operational efficiency
- Conduct regular asset audits and risk assessments
- Prepare comprehensive reports on asset valuation and utilization metrics
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and lifecycle management activities
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on asset acquisition and disposal
- Identify cost reduction opportunities through asset rationalization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management, preferably in energy sector
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in asset management software
- Knowledge of Indonesian energy regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent financial modeling and valuation capabilities
- Proven track record of implementing asset optimization strategies
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Certification in asset management (e.g., CMRP, CIPM) is advantageous
