Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead daily operations of the sampling and wet preparation teams to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and safety protocols (K3) in all laboratory and field activities.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of junior technicians and support staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Coordinate closely with geologists and engineering teams to understand specific sample requirements and processing needs.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels for sampling equipment, chemicals, and consumables.
- Conduct regular safety audits and incident investigations to minimize risks and improve workflow.
- Prepare and review technical reports regarding sample integrity, preparation methods, and team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the mining, mineral processing, or industrial laboratory sector.
- In-depth knowledge of geological sampling techniques and wet preparation processes.
- Strong understanding of occupational safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote location and manage physically demanding tasks.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and computerized data management systems.
