Mineral Alam Abadi Group is seeking a highly skilled Production Foreman to lead operations at our Site Solomon location in Papua. This critical role requires a hands-on leader with extensive mining expertise to optimize production workflows, ensure operational excellence, and maintain rigorous safety standards. As Production Foreman, you'll oversee daily mining activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a challenging remote environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production operations including drilling, blasting, and extraction activities
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Manage and mentor production staff, providing training and performance feedback
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and output
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and logistics teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in mining production or similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of mining operations and mineral processing
- Certification in safety management (e.g., SMK3) preferred
- Experience working in remote locations and challenging environments
- Proficiency in production management software
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
