SOECHI is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Asset Management Staff to join our shipyard operations team in Kemayoran, Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our shipyard assets, ensuring accurate budget tracking, and providing management with actionable insights regarding operational costs.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced maritime environment, bridging the gap between field operations and corporate accounting. You will play a key role in ensuring that project budgets are utilized efficiently, contributing directly to the operational excellence of our shipyard facilities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage comprehensive bunker reports and shipyard income statements.
- Monitor actual operational costs against project budgets to ensure financial alignment.
- Perform variance analysis to identify cost discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Review and validate additional work requests (AWR) for shipyard operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipyard assets and their depreciation schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement and resource allocation processes.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in asset management or cost accounting, preferably within a shipyard or heavy industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present reports to senior management.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a demanding industrial environment.
