Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the company's asset portfolio, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance
- Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor asset performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs
- Prepare regular reports on asset status, performance metrics, and depreciation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage asset inventory and documentation systems
- Train and supervise asset management staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, preferably in mining, resources, or energy sector
- Strong knowledge of asset management systems and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership experience with ability to manage teams effectively
- Certification in asset management (CMRP, CRL, or similar) is an advantage
- Proficient in asset management software and MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
