Join SeaBank's dynamic Asset Recovery team as an Operations Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing the bank's foreclosure asset lifecycle. You'll monitor the end-to-end return process of foreclosed assets, ensuring compliance and efficiency while identifying opportunities for value recovery. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee the entire return process of foreclosed assets
- Propose and coordinate with third parties for collateral sales optimization
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in asset recovery procedures
- Analyze asset valuation data to recommend strategic disposition methods
- Document all recovery activities and maintain accurate asset records
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve asset-related disputes
- Generate regular reports on asset recovery performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset recovery, banking operations, or collateral management
- Strong understanding of foreclosure processes and Indonesian banking regulations
- Excellent negotiation skills with third-party vendors and partners
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and asset management software
- Certification in Asset Management or Financial Operations preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
