Join ECO Group of Companies as an Assistant Account Manager specializing in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). You'll manage the end-to-end AR/AP cycle, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, vendor management, and financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full AR/AP cycle: invoicing, collections, payments, and vendor relationships
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and ledger accounts monthly
- Prepare financial reports and statements for Finance Manager review
- Process payroll and expense reimbursements accurately
- Implement accounting process improvements and compliance controls
- Assist in month-end/year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in AR/AP management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
