ITWIN Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Assistant Account Manager to join our growing team in Johor Bahru. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our innovative IT turnkey solutions, ensuring seamless project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

As an Assistant Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of our projects, from initial client consultations to the successful implementation of complex IT systems. You will work closely with our technical and sales teams to identify client needs, develop tailored proposals, and manage stakeholders throughout the project delivery process. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities for IT turnkey solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to translate client requirements into professional project proposals and quotations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and expectations management.
  • Participate in site visits and client meetings to provide expert consultation and technical product guidance.
  • Monitor project milestones, progress reports, and budget adherence to ensure project success.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly by liaising with internal departments to maintain high levels of service excellence.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records within the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and turnkey solution concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all professional levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
