Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify ledger entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Support the Finance Manager during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Monitor and track company expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Prepare tax reports (VAT, Withholding Tax) and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and record depreciation schedules accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
