Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial schedules for management review.
- Manage end-to-end tax reporting and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful and efficient audit processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting workflows and enhance data accuracy.
- Support the Accounting Manager in budget planning, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Mentoring and supervising junior accounting staff to ensure high standards of work performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or Brevet A/B) is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, PSAK, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
