Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and internal standards.
- Manage tax reporting and compliance, ensuring all filings are submitted accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits to ensure full transparency and compliance.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for budget management and cost control.
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls and accounting procedures to mitigate operational risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and PSAK standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
