Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and internal ledgers on a regular basis.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical accounting records.
- Support the tax filing process and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track operational expenses and budget variance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and taxation (PPh/PPN).
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
