Tanggung Jawab
- Support senior agronomists in daily field operations and crop monitoring activities
- Collect and analyze soil, water, and crop health data using precision agriculture tools
- Participate in planning and executing sustainable farming practices and pest management strategies
- Assist in developing and implementing crop rotation plans and yield optimization techniques
- Document field observations, experimental results, and operational metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agricultural research and innovation projects
- Learn and apply agricultural technology systems including GPS mapping and drone monitoring
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Plant Science, or related field
- Strong interest in sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation
- Basic knowledge of crop physiology, soil science, and pest management
- Ability to work outdoors in tropical conditions and physically demanding environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate in diverse teams
