As an Assistant Architect, you will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept development to final construction documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior architects in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using industry-standard software.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, document construction activities, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Develop 3D models and visualizations to support design presentations and client approvals.
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm creative solutions and refine project concepts.
- Ensure all drawings and documents comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare and organize project documentation, including material specifications and tender documents.
- Assist in client meetings and prepare presentation materials to communicate design ideas effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of local building by-laws and construction techniques in Malaysia.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
