Aman Reka Architects Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Assistant Architect (Part 1 & Part 2) to join our growing team in Kuching. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior architects and project managers to bring design concepts to life. You will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, managing project documentation, and supporting the design process from initial sketches to construction administration. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and development of architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Conduct site measurements and surveys to support design feasibility and site analysis.
- Create 3D models and architectural visualizations using software such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
- Prepare and coordinate construction documentation, including schedules and technical specifications.
- Review construction drawings during site visits to ensure compliance with design intent and building codes.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and client meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess a recognized Part 1 or Part 2 qualification in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of Malaysian building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
