PT. SITU PESAN SINI ANTAR is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Area Retail Supervisor to join our expanding team in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our retail operations, ensuring that every store under your purview operates at peak efficiency while consistently meeting our high standards for service and sales performance.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for operational detail, a passion for retail excellence, and the leadership capability to mentor store staff. You will bridge the gap between upper management strategy and daily store execution, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth and maintaining our brand reputation in the competitive Indonesian retail landscape.
We are looking for a hands-on professional who is not afraid to hit the floor, troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and inspire store teams to exceed their targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail store operations to ensure 100% compliance with company SOPs.
- Monitor and drive individual and store-wide sales targets to achieve monthly KPIs.
- Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to store staff to boost productivity.
- Conduct frequent site visits to ensure visual merchandising and inventory standards are maintained.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify growth opportunities and inventory replenishment needs.
- Manage employee scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail supervision or store management.
- Strong understanding of retail metrics (Sales per sqft, UPT, ATV, Conversion Rate).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel between multiple retail locations within the Surabaya area.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
