Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Support the Area Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement local sales promotional campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Prepare regular reports on sales status, market feedback, and potential risks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and competitor reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Proactive mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales goals.
