We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Area Sales Manager to join our growing team in Bekasi. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving market expansion, nurturing key client relationships, and ensuring our technical solutions meet the demanding needs of the industrial sector.
As an Assistant Area Sales Manager, you will work closely with the regional leadership to execute sales strategies, monitor market trends, and provide technical product expertise to our diverse range of industrial clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a background in engineering or industrial equipment to advance their career in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for industrial instrumentation products, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with existing and prospective industrial clients.
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to ensure clients select the optimal instrumentation solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities in the Bekasi and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support and logistics, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and sales forecasts for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation), Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in industrial sales, specifically within instrumentation, automation, or technical components.
- Strong understanding of industrial market dynamics and key industry players in West Java.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory with high accountability.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
