Tanggung Jawab
- Support Area Sales Officers in achieving regional sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights
- Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches across the Klang Valley
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics for management review
- Coordinate logistics for product distribution and inventory management
- Provide product training to retail partners to enhance sales effectiveness
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure high service standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid Malaysian driving license with own vehicle for field visits
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
