Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales or training
- Strong knowledge of Suzuki vehicles and automotive industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience developing training materials and conducting workshops
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
