- Coordinate daily banquet operations and event logistics to ensure smooth execution
- Supervise and train banquet staff to deliver exceptional service standards
- Manage venue setup, breakdown, and maintenance according to brand specifications
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of event supplies
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams for seamless event delivery
- Resolve customer inquiries and address operational issues promptly
- Prepare event documentation and post-event reports
- Uphold safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols across all areas
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in banquet or event management
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of banquet operations and venue management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in event management software and MS Office
