- Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing the daily floor operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage beverage inventory, including stock ordering, tracking consumption, and minimizing wastage.
- Supervise, train, and mentor bar staff to maintain high standards of service and professional conduct.
- Collaborate with the management team to create innovative cocktail menus and promotional beverage offerings.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations at all times.
- Analyze bar performance metrics to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns proactively to ensure a positive atmosphere and repeat patronage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume bar or lounge environment, preferably in a 5-star hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern mixology, wine, and spirit pairing.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of service professionals.
- Excellent communication skills with a guest-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in food and beverage safety or equivalent hospitality qualifications.
