Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Bar Manager in daily operations, ensuring service standards are maintained at the highest level.
- Supervise and mentor bar staff to deliver efficient and friendly customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, tracking, and minimizing wastage.
- Develop and implement creative cocktail menus and promotional strategies to drive revenue.
- Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle guest feedback professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume bar or lounge environment.
- Strong understanding of spirits, wine, and craft cocktail preparation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, costs, and basic administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and hospitality management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
