Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Bar Manager in daily operations, ensuring service standards are maintained at the highest level.
  • Supervise and mentor bar staff to deliver efficient and friendly customer service.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, tracking, and minimizing wastage.
  • Develop and implement creative cocktail menus and promotional strategies to drive revenue.
  • Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.

  • Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and service standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume bar or lounge environment.
  • Strong understanding of spirits, wine, and craft cocktail preparation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory, costs, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
