Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure exceptional guest service through attentive bar operations and personalized recommendations
- Maintain beverage quality standards across Turkish wine, cocktail, and non-alcoholic offerings
- Lead bar staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control systems
- Develop and implement creative beverage promotions and seasonal specials
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
- Analyze sales data to maximize profitability and identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless guest experiences
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years bar management experience in high-volume establishments
- Expert knowledge of mixology, Turkish beverages, and inventory systems
- Proven staff leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong financial acumen in cost control and sales optimization
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid alcohol service certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
