Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Bar Manager in daily operations, staff scheduling, and inventory management
- Train and mentor junior bar staff on beverage preparation, service standards, and safety protocols
- Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus aligned with seasonal ingredients and guest preferences
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene regulations, liquor licensing requirements, and cost control measures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to create seamless dining experiences
- Monitor bar performance metrics and suggest improvements for operational efficiency
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and evaluating bar staff performance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory bar or F&B role
- Advanced knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, and international beverage trends
- Strong leadership abilities with proven staff training and development experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Relevant certification in bartending or hospitality management preferred
