Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the daily management and oversight of bar operations to ensure seamless service.
  • Develop and innovate the cocktail menu to align with Mozaic’s premium culinary offerings.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing wastage.
  • Train and mentor bar staff on service standards, mixology techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the bar area.
  • Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to optimize bar profitability and sales performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel bar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and inspiring teams.
  • Deep knowledge of mixology, international spirits, and wine service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Certification in food and beverage safety or a hospitality management degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
