- Welcome and assist customers with product information and recommendations
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of barista stations and customer areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere strictly to Tuku's customer experience guidelines
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
