Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Bartender in preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Welcome guests, take beverage orders, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a fully stocked and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies, liquors, and garnishes are replenished promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Handle cash and point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently at the end of each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering and receiving deliveries.
- Collaborate with the bar team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Bartender, Barback, or Assistant Bartender in a high-volume establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishing.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (e.g., kegs, liquor boxes).
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong multitasking abilities.
