Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and implementing the beverage program, including menu creation and inventory management
- Train and supervise beverage staff on product knowledge, service standards, and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation
- Conduct regular quality control checks on all beverages
- Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotional activities
- Collaborate with culinary team to create innovative beverage pairings
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues related to beverages
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in beverage management or similar role in hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of various beverage categories including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Certification in bartending or mixology is preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
