Tanggung Jawab
- Support the design, installation, and commissioning of BMS and HVAC control systems
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving automation system malfunctions
- Collaborate on system integration projects for commercial buildings
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of BMS components
- Document system configurations and prepare technical reports
- Participate in energy optimization initiatives for building systems
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Engineering
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation principles
- Familiarity with BMS software (e.g., Niagara, Tridium)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficient in reading technical schematics and system diagrams
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Valid driving license for site visits
