Tanggung Jawab
- Support planning, execution, and monitoring of BMS installation and upgrade projects
- Coordinate between clients, contractors, and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Assist in developing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor project progress and document compliance with technical specifications
- Facilitate commissioning activities and system testing protocols
- Prepare project documentation including reports, manuals, and as-built drawings
- Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in building automation or BMS project coordination
- Familiarity with BMS platforms (e.g., Niagara, Tridium, Siemens Desigo)
- Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, and fire safety systems integration
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, BACnet) preferred
