In this role, you will work alongside experienced service engineers to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize cutting-edge Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls across a variety of commercial, industrial, and critical infrastructure sites. You will be exposed to advanced building automation technologies, energy management strategies, and digital solutions that drive operational efficiency for our clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in performing routine preventive maintenance, calibration, and servicing of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC control installations.
- Support senior engineers in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software system issues.
- Respond promptly to customer service requests and provide technical assistance on-site.
- Prepare accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and other required technical documentation.
- Participate in system testing, commissioning, and software upgrades under supervision.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety protocols and company guidelines during field operations.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical discipline.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, control principles, and Building Management Systems (BMS) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- A proactive learning attitude with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Capable of working both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in building automation or field service is preferred but not mandatory.
